Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries are committed to providing great career opportunities for its entire nursery staff. We are very keen to ensure the majority of nursery staff participate in training at all levels. Our policy is always to recruit and/or promote internally if at all possible.

We also offer our staff access to a range of training routes to ensure they stay up to date with the latest guidance for care within our nurseries at all levels of staff, continuing to help them progress in their careers and build on their skills.

Celebrating our wonderful Apprentices
Accredited qualifications gained through apprenticeships and supported by high quality assessors from Hawk training and WMC. Our learner’s tutors are invaluable to their progression and achievements and they will support them closely on a regular basis advising the learners on steps which are required towards their qualifications.
Off the job training provides learners a wide range of opportunities to experience elements which are outside of the normal day to day working. This contributes towards their overall qualification and can involve independent research, parents evenings and a wide range of training courses to further develop their skills and knowledge.
