What Makes Us Special
Strong Community Connections
We believe that the best outcomes for children happen when nursery and home work hand in hand. Our secure partnerships with parents are built on open communication, trust, and shared goals. Through regular family events, workshops, and information sessions, we invite parents to be an active part of their child’s early learning journey. It’s a true community feel, where families are supported and celebrated every step of the way.
Enriching Environment
Monkey Puzzle Orpington offers a space to thrive for your children where they can play, learn and grow. Our nursery is carefully designed creating a home from home feel with well resourced, enriching learning and play spaces. We have a dedicated outdoor space used for a wide variety of activities from discovering nature to sports. Our wider local community plays an important role in the nursery experience as an extended learning environment to create well rounded socially aware young children.
Outdoor Adventures
We’re incredibly lucky to have a generous outdoor space where children can play, explore, and learn in the fresh air. Our large garden offers plenty of room for physical activity, sensory exploration, nature-based learning, and of course, lots of fun! Whether it's planting flowers, building obstacle courses, or searching for bugs, our outdoor area supports creativity, confidence, and wellbeing.
Experienced Management Team
At Monkey Puzzle Orpington, our management team brings a wealth of Early Years expertise, compassion, and dedication. They lead with heart, guiding the entire nursery with a hands-on, supportive approach. Their deep understanding of child development ensures your little ones receive nurturing care, thoughtful planning, and a truly enriching experience every day. We value our staffs diversity and the unique qualities and skills that they can bring to our family and want them to have careers and jobs that they are proud of.

Star(s) of the week ⭐⭐️
Here we have two of our newer staff members, Chloe from preschool and Hannah from toddlers.
They are both level 3 qualified and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with them. Not only that, they have settled in so well, and we are so very proud of the positive energy they have brought with them to share with our amazing children.
Thank you to both of you for everything you do for us ⭐️⭐️

💗 Bake Sale 💗
Today we had our bake sale for breast cancer awareness month. Throughout the week our children have been hard at work baking a variety of things alongside their teachers to sell for today. I just want to take the time to thank all of our families that donated and to the lovely @mrsfostersfrosting who donated some lovely cookies and cupcakes to sell also.💗

Star of the week ⭐️
This weeks star is our amazing Molly. She is one of our bank staff who gets to spend time across all the rooms, with all of the children.
This week though, Molly has swapped her paint brushes and glitter for a saucepan and a chopping board and has been supporting our kitchen this week!
Thank you for being so supportive and flexible this week, we are so very grateful ⭐️
