Deputy Manager

My favourite part of working with children is watching them grow and helping them reach their developmental milestones. I also enjoy building strong bonds with parents and the staff team.

I have worked in childcare since I was 16, when I completed my Level 3 Early Years qualification. I became the Baby Room Leader at our Bromley nursery, where I stayed for an amazing 4.5 years. I then moved to a smaller nursery where I worked my way up to Manager, before deciding to return to Monkey Puzzle.

I hold Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Makaton and love using this whenever I'm supporting the team. In my spare time, I enjoy going on holiday, socialising with family and friends, watching sports, and spending time outdoors.
